Founder’s story
Newfoundland, Canada
Started at 18
Born and raised in Newfoundland (Canada), the founder entered construction at 18, learning the trade methodically and building professional discipline on North American job sites.
2000–2006
Worked on a range of civil & industrial projects, honing skills in carpentry, structural works, and finishes—forming the ethos of “safety – standards – on time.”
2007–2015
Led execution and team coordination; contributed to infrastructure and public-service facilities, continuously updating techniques and materials.
2016–2020
Helped restore a historic theater and several cultural buildings; co-organized and built infrastructure for large-scale community events.
2023
Founded PPC World in Edmonton, Canada as a general contractor, transferring 20+ years of experience into a Construction 4.0 model: BIM/3D design prior to build, digitized progress management, and green standards.

We model all scopes in 3D; clients approve online before kickoff. Drawings clearly show materials, allowances, and quantities.
Construction & digital logbook
Our in-house crew builds to safety standards; schedule, site photos/videos, and inspection milestones are updated daily in the system.
Commissioning & warranty
We hand over as-built documents and commit to warranty by scope. The estimated completion date is displayed and tracked from groundbreaking.
